Launching
How do I launch my product?
Press Launch at the top of any page and paste your product's link. We draft the listing from your site: name, tagline, description, categories and logo. Check it, change anything, and submit.
Launching is free. You can add your story, an FAQ and more screenshots afterwards from your submissions.
When does my launch go live?
Every week runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC. Each week takes 50 free launches; a free launch goes live in the next week with room, and your submissions page shows which Monday that is.
Need a set date, like a press day? Pick your week books the Monday you choose.
Can I edit my launch after submitting?
Yes, any time, before and during your week. Open the launch in your submissions; every section of the page is editable there.
How do I add my co-makers?
Invite them by email from the launch in your submissions, up to 8 makers. They accept by logging in with that address, and then show on the launch page with their profile.
What does the verified tick mean?
It means one of the makers proved they run the product's domain. Signing in with a work email at that domain does it at once; otherwise add a DNS record or a meta tag, both explained on the launch in your submissions. We re-check weekly, and the tick goes if the proof does.
Where do I get a badge for my site?
Logged in as a maker, open your launch page: the badge and its embed code are there, light or dark. Finish in the top 3 and it shows your medal. It's optional; nothing requires you to link back.
Voting
How does the board rank launches?
By votes, and nothing else. One vote per account per launch; paying never buys a rank. Voting closes Sunday 23:59 UTC and the final results move to the archive.
Do I need an account to vote?
Yes. Log in with your email; there's no password, we send you a link.
What counts as gaming the votes?
Buying, trading or automating votes, or asking people to make accounts just to vote for you. If we find it, we can remove the votes, reset the ranking or take the launch off the board. The terms have the details.
Paid plans
What do the paid plans include?
Pick your week ($19.67) launches you on the Monday you choose and adds a followed (dofollow) link from your launch page. Launch & review ($78.99) adds a hands-on review, published within two weeks. See pricing.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't run your launch in the week you booked, or can't review your product, you're refunded in full. If we remove a launch for breaking the terms, the payment isn't refunded.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are set in Swedish kronor, VAT included. The site may show them in your own currency, and checkout shows the exact amount you pay.
Advertising
How do I book an ad?
Choose placements and weeks on the advertise page and pay. We review every ad before it runs; it's always labelled and never sits in the ranking.
What if my ad isn't approved?
You're refunded in full, as you are if its slots sell out while you pay.
Account
How do I sign in?
Enter your email on the login page and open the link we send. No password to remember. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How do I turn emails off?
Launch emails and reply emails each have a switch in your settings. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.
How do I delete my account?
In your settings, at the bottom. It can't be undone. To see, export or correct your data instead, write to hello@ketryon.com.
